As part of an empirical study I’m working on concerning the impact of filing fees on small claims court filings in my State, I have generated this simple little graph. This shows how the filing fees have changed for the three levels of North Carolina trial courts over the last 30 or so years.
I won’t spoil any surprises, and just leave it for you, for now, to draw your own conclusions.
